What material are the products made of?

Our products are made of plaster, it is an ecological material because it has the particularity of being 100% recyclable. Also, unlike objects
in resin, the plaster does not contain any solvent or toxic product. Our Moonframes are therefore healthy for your interior and the environment.

How to take care of your Moonframe?

To remove dust on it, simply use a dry cloth. It is important that your Moonframe never come into direct contact with water.

Do you have a showroom or a physical store?

No, unfortunately we do not have a physical store in which to welcome you. However, you will find a description
very detailed description of each of our products as well as several photos of them. You will therefore be able to consult all their specifications and
find out what the products in question look like. Do you have additional questions regarding these? In this case, do not hesitate
to contact us personally.

What are your delivery times and costs?

Worldwide relay delivery:

Free for Belgium and France. The delivery time is 1-3 days for the
Belgium and from 2 to 6 for France.

Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days
France: Bpost
Estimated delivery: 4-9 business days
Estimated delivery: 4-9 business days
Rest of the world: Bpost

Is my delivery free?

Yes, deliveries are free if you take delivery by Mondial Relay.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can still cancel it.

If your order is already ready for dispatch or is on the way, we can no longer cancel it. You can refuse the product at
time of delivery for your order to be returned to us, or accept the order and then return it. Find out here how

Can I modify my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can still modify it.
Please contact us by email or telephone.
If your order is already ready to ship or is on the way, we can no longer modify it. You can refuse the product at the time of delivery to have your order returned to us, or accept the order then return it and order another

Can I return my order?

Of course, no problem. If it does not satisfy you, you can return it up to 30 days after receiving it.

Do I have to pay anything to return my order?

Yes, because unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of the return. If you return your order to us – in good condition –
within 30 days, we will refund you the full amount, less postage of €4.99 within 14 days of receipt.
Does your product have a problem or is it damaged? Contact us by mail.

Ouch! My product is broken. How can I exchange it or have it repaired?

The product received is damaged or even broken? It's obviously annoying, but we're not letting you down.
1. Please take photos of the damaged product and its packaging first.
2. Send us an e-mail mentioning your order number and a description of the damaged items to

3. We will then contact you to resolve this issue.
If your product is indeed damaged, do not send it back: we would then not be able to check at what stage the problem arose.

Do you also offer discounts? Can I get a discount?

Yes, of course we offer discounts and promotions from time to time.
But we cannot say in advance when we will. As soon as a promotion is running, you will find it on our page
of reception. This will also be mentioned next to the product(s) in question in our webshop.
